KITCHEN: Fully stocked with dishes, bowls, cups, mugs, silverware, utensils, pots & pans, and bakeware. Dish soap, scrubbers, towels, paper towels, trash can and bags are provided. Spices hang in the pantry rack for your convenience! Toaster and mini-waffle maker for fun. Keurig coffee maker takes pods and French Press uses ground coffee… simply bring your own favorites. Porcelain sink w/pullout spray faucet, 3-burner stove, oven, microwave, freezer, refrigerator. Bench seat dinette. Broom & duster/wet mop, cleaners and other kitchen convenience items. Vinyl flooring for easy sweep-out and mop. Fire extinguisher, smoke and CO2 detector. First Aid kit.

ENTERTAINMENT: 32” Roku smart TV with HDMI/BT/WiFi-enabled streaming. Bring your HDMI cable so you can play straight from your iPhone. AM/FM radio. BATHROOM: Toilet, sink, huge shower. Cabinet and wall storage. Toilet paper provided (rapid dissolve RV toilet paper is required for use, do not bring your own). Hand towels & soap. Cleaning products.

Towels are not to be removed from trailer for pool or beach use. Bring your own beach towels.
OUTDOOR: Generous pass-through storage houses a large patio mat, 6’ folding table, electric and sanitation hook up gear, everything needed for towing and campsite set-up. Outdoor kitchen has flat-top grill and mini-fridge. Outdoor shower for sandy feet or camp chef cleanup. 18’ power awning with LED lights. 4 camp chairs for that authentic camping experience.
Weight-distribution anti-sway trailer hitch is provided if you decline delivery and plan to tow with your own vehicle. It is your responsibility to determine your vehicle's tow rating and capability. Renter/Driver(s) must attend 1-hour orientation. Back-up and side cameras. 24-hr cell-phone assistance with owner for any questions you may have during your trip. 24/7 Roadside Assistance required with the rental insurance.
GENERATOR: included with unlimited hours! Renter provides gasoline for usage.
COMFORT PACK: $50 optional add-on. Sheet sets and blankets for each bed.
TANK DUMP/SANITIZATION: $150, required
Deep cleaning and sanitation is performed per covid-19 guidelines following each rental. Dump and sanitize holding tanks. Allow 48 hrs. between rental reservations.
DELIVERY: $250/within 35 mile radius of Bellflower, CA, then $3.50/mile up to 500 miles

FESTIVAL/EVENT WEEKENDS:
$350/night with 4 night minimum, $2500 security deposit.
