Master BR has mirrored wardrobes w/hangers and overhead storage. Closet and shoe storage. Bedside USB & A/C outlets, blackout shades, and solid door for privacy. Queen bed in master is completely made and ready for you with fitted sheet, flat sheet, and comforter. No bunk bedding or convertible sleeper bedding is included.

   Bunkroom has USB & A/C outlets, cabinet storage, and is TV-ready. Extra blankets in cabinet. Available storage for your personal items. Oversized-Loft has ladder and USB & A/C outlets, small personal fan.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked with dishes, bowls, cups, mugs, silverware, utensils, knives, pots & pans, bbq utensils, and bakeware. Dish soap, scrubbers, towels, paper towels, foil and plastic storage, trash can and bags are provided. Spices hang in the pantry for your convenience! Toaster and tea kettle. Keurig coffee maker takes pods and French Press uses ground coffee or loose tea… simply bring your own favorites. Large sink w/pullout spray faucet, 3-burner stove, oven, microwave, freezer, refrigerator. Pantry with deep shelves and additional trash can. Broom & duster/wet mop, cleaners and other kitchen convenience items.

ENTERTAINMENT: 32” and 24" Roku smart TV with HDMI/BT/WiFi-enabled streaming. Bring your HDMI cable so you can play straight from your phone. AM/FM radio. Towels are not to be removed from trailer for pool or beach use. Bring your own beach towels.

OUTDOOR: Strong stable entry steps with handrail. Generous pass-through storage houses a 6’ folding table, electric cord, water hose, and sanitation hook up gear, everything needed for towing and campsite set-up. Collapsible trash can with liners. Outdoor kitchen with mini-fridge. 12’ power awning with LED lights. BT speakers. 4 camp chairs for that authentic camping experience.

This 5th wheel trailer is Delivery-Only. Renter must attend walk-through orientation. 24-hr cell-phone assistance with owner for any questions you may have during your trip. Destination and campsite information is required for delivery. All rental units are wired with GPS trackers.

GENERATOR: included with unlimited hours! Renter provides gasoline for usage.

PROPANE: two tanks, propane included

PREP FEE: $150, required. Covers dumping and sanitation of holding tanks, propane, and sanitation per covid-19 guidelines following each rental.

If trailer is returned in the same condition it was received, you are not charged for cleaning. A $250 professional Cleaning Fee will be charged for trailers returned excessively dirty and not following the cleaning guidelines in SRA (supplemental rental agreement).

DELIVERY: $250/within 35 mile radius of Bellflower, CA, then $6.00/mile up to 350 miles. We arrive and do complete set up, staging, walk-through and instruction, “Before” photos, pick up, and “Return” photos and inspection. Any damage, loss, or incurred fees will be charged to card used for security deposit. See Supplemental Rental Agreement for details.

FESTIVAL/EVENT WEEKENDS:

$350/night with 4 night minimum, $2500 security deposit.

2024 rentals for Coachella, Stagecoach, BeachLife, EDC, Lucidity, Boots In The Park, etc. Applies to entire CA/AZ/NV area events. Restrictions and additional fees apply. No Burning Man.
